In every painting lesson, I will encourage you to embrace your own unique way of doing things and not expect your outcome to be exactly like mine. We will paint loose and try to get the gist of a design and not perfection.

I learned to paint in 1997 and went on to become certified to teach in 2003. For over 10 years I ran a successful online hand-painted sign business. Blending wording with beautifully painted designs was so enjoyable to me. I started to blog about my sign painting business to help with marketing. I included a few painting tutorials for fun.
I eventually became burned out on painting signs to sell, I was on the first page of Google and I had more orders than I could keep up with. The painting tutorials were one of the most popular posts on the blog and I decided to switch gears to focus on helping others to paint so they could start their own business.
Learning to paint isn’t all about starting a business, it is great for stress therapy too. You can simply paint for the pleasure of it or to create one-of-a-kind gifts for friends and family they will love. I also have easy canvas painting ideas and lessons for everyone that want to paint landscapes, still life, or even abstract. I keep it budget-friendly and easy.
